I’m going to start writing down *publicly* what I eat for some days, hopefully most of them, and probably in various formats. I haven’t really been eating meals today (not that I normally do). I woke up late and such.

  • Alfalfa sprouts, 5 grams (1 calorie)

  • Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tsp (10 calories)
  • Splenda, 2 tsp (3 calories)
  • Red delicious apple, 153 grams (77 calories)
  • Barilla Farfelle (bowtie) Pasta, 100 grams cooked (142 calories)
  • Hunt’s Garlic and Herb Tomato Sauce, 71 g (23 calories)
  • Carmbaster “dairy blend” (60 calories)
  • Vegetable juice, 240 g (49 calories)

67 grams protein. 1,055 calories. Might have another hot chocolate (milk+splenda+cocoa powder) and some vegetable juice because I don’t normally particularly care for veggies so I don’t get much during the day (and my vegetable juice is awful because I can taste the bell peppers… but it’s 4g protein per cup). We will see. I am trying to get it up to 1200 calories.
